Booking & Cancellation Policy
We love having you in our sessions, and to keep things running smoothly we’ve put together a simple booking and cancellation policy.
Booking your spot
All sessions must be booked in advance so we can make sure there’s space for everyone.
If a session is fully booked, we may allow walk-ins at our discretion (depending on space and safety).
Cancellations
If you need to cancel, please let us know at least 12 hours before your session. You’ll get a full refund or credit.
If you cancel within 12 hours of your session, we’re not able to offer a refund or credit.
No-shows (not showing up without cancelling) are treated as late cancellations and are non-refundable.
Refunds & Changes
Refunds will only be given if the cancellation is made more than 12 hours in advance.
Refunds are sent back to your original payment method.
Your booking can’t be transferred to someone else unless we’ve given you the go-ahead first.
Our side
We may need to reschedule or cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances. If that happens, you’ll get the choice of a full refund or moving your booking to another date.

Marketing & Media Policy
We love capturing the energy and creativity of our sessions! From time to time, photos and videos may be taken during classes, workshops, or events.
Here’s how we use them:
Photos and videos may be shared on our website, social media, or other marketing material to showcase what we do.
We’ll always aim to use images that reflect the fun and collaborative spirit of our community.
Your comfort comes first:
If you’d prefer not to be photographed or filmed, just let us know before the session starts and we’ll make sure to respect your choice.
We’ll never sell your images or use them for anything outside of promoting our business.
By attending a session, you’re giving us permission to use photos and videos taken on the day for marketing purposes, unless you’ve told us otherwise.

You don’t need to prepare anything for our sessions - just come with an open mind! However, if you're booking a self-tape session, please bring your own material.

Yes, ample parking out back and street parking. There is also a Coles parking across the street.

The bus stop is right outside for the 415 and 438. A metro station will be opening in 2026.
